Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

We offer a 7-day return policy.

Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Opened, used, or unsealed items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

All products are imported.

Product availability and prices may change based on international stock and supply.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfer (payment details are provided via WhatsApp or phone).

Customers receive a 2% discount on direct bank transfer payments.

Results may vary from person to person.

We are not responsible for any individual reaction, effect, or outcome.

Product performance and results are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
